Headlight Adjustment

Does anyone know which way you turn the headlight adjustment adjusters. Need to sort the drivers side as it blinds everyone but me Rolling with laughter Could wait till it goes dark and do it while the lights are turned on but just thought I'd ask. Anyway looks like it's going to p Censored down.

Cheers

The outer ratchet is for left/right movement.
The inner ratchet is for up/down movement.

Turn the ratchet to the drivers side to raise the beam up.
Turn the ratchet to the passenger side to lower the beam.
Hope this helps

HEadlight Adjusting

Weird question, while I was doing a detango on my lights I mistakenly thought the adjusters on one of the lights was a screw to remove. So I turned both adjusters for a while. Turned them back to what I thought they were, but my beams are uneven. Xenons is what I have, to complicate this I am not sure which light I screwed up.
Is there a standard round about height that I can measure to set the lights correctly. I would hate to blind anyone.
Maybe if someone wouldn't mind measuring theirs at some set distance from a wall at normal hieght it would be appreciated greatly. Maybe 10' from a wall?

IIRC, in UK there's info on the DVLA site for MoT test of lights. Guessing you'd just need to flip that to LHD.
