Some people have just replaced the centre bearing or replaced/glued the rubber bit with "SikaFlex"

There's a good chance that the rear UJ or one of the CV's is poorly, leading to the failure of the rubber mount.
Sticking the rubber back together with Sikaflex might not cure the problem.
When my centre bearing mount failed I changed the propshaft complete, and it was clear that the rear UJ was seized, and the front CV was not well either.Richard

I do wonder if the UJs go when the rubber in the mount has failed, rather than the other way round.
I did my Sikaflex fix from a visual check on both D3s before there were any symptoms and never had an issue with them.Black 05 TDV6 HSE Auto

When my centre bearing rubber split, i dropped the prop and noticed the rear UJ was notchy.
I bought a new OEM (GKN) one from island4x4 who were the cheapest at the time.Kev

Buckley Brothers have the GKN propshaft for a good price at the moment.
Had the same centre bearing issue and also a notchy rear UJ (noticeable once the prop was removed). Changed all bolts but to be honest the 6no bolts onto the gearbox were like new and didn't need to be replaced

I also found the rear UJ was notchy & red rust, when I changed mine after the centre rubber had failed
