They had a complete change of staff within sales and service at both their LR dealerships. The present ones are
This is a Disco Sport I put into Ayr - you might recognise the block work in the car park, for a change of towbar. It wasnât up to my standard. I complained and it took 6 months before it was resolved.

Yep, Iâd purchased a new car from Ayr in 2016 and I had nothing but praise for them. Two years later I purchased another, but everyone had changed and it wasnât a patch on the old staff.
The Inverness branch which was MacRae and Dicks before it sold to Parks in 2016, lost basically everyone from its DP down to all the salesmen. The only one still there was its Workshop Controller. Itâs all fitted shirts, Lattes and Mobiles.
I go to the dealership in Elgin now, which is a bit of a trek and passes Parks door, but worth it imho.
