Sounds like mine, I think it’s a injector Metal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)
LR door puddle projectors (10 mins)
Tinted Bonnet wind deflector (10 mins)
All Intercooler pipes and Tbolts (2hrs)
3 injectors replaced so far (30mins)

my07 models and after, where euro 4 compliant and where much more noisey than the pre my07.
As they had higher rail pressure for emission standards.
Back in the day, I test drove a my06 and ordered the 07, when it arrived It was noticeably louder and I took it back to the stealers and they explained the difference.
In your case it sounds like a injector

Mine has it and I just bought some new copper injector washers. I believe this is “injector blow by”. I could be wrong
