Small gauge grey wire passenger footwell
As title really, can anyone help? I have no idea where it goes. Car is 2005 se tdv6.
It goes into the loom that goes across the footwell. Been like that since I had the car but I wanna connect it back if should be connected.

The little connector is for the passenger side footwell light, my problem is the grey wire with a bare end behind it.
So Pete k should this be mounted somewhere then? Not supposed to have a ring connector on the end for a bolt or something? Or to a pin in a connector block?

No it isn't meant to be connected.
I would just put a bit of tape on the end of it and cable tie it to the loom
