Iphone Bluetooth volumes.

Hi All,
I have a 2011 SDV6 and use my iPhone 8 in a powered wireless charge cradle for Nav and also for Handsfree.
My issue is with the volume difference.
If I am listening to the radio with volume set at 14 / 15 i cannot hear any nav instructions from the phone. if I turn it up to hear the directions I get deafened.
I have taken to turning off Bluetooth for nav and relying on the phones speaker.
However if I then get a call the loud speaker option on the phone is too quiet to use and I have to reconnect Bluetooth and call the person back.
Anyone managed to solve the volume imbalance

Sorry if an obvious one, but have you tried changing the setting on the Maps app audio?

Thanks for the reply and the useful pics. Hopefully help someone else in the future.
Always worth checking, (and I just have) but yes the volume is at max and settings on loud.
I have the same issue with Apple and google maps.
Its weird because the handsfree volume over bluetooth isn't bad. I still turn it right up but it starts at a decent volume and presets itself to about 38 / 42 on the head unit.
