D3 Autobox recon DIY??

Anyone exploded a ZF6HP26X on their own? Changed discs, solenoids and bushes.

Plenty of stuff on youtube, but that manual could come handy. Thank you.
Could be nice to get a gearbox someone had replaced to work on. Getting a gearbox from another car, would it only need a calibration, or coded to the new car?
