D4 oil extraction pipe leaking.

Changed front diff oil today and spotted this leak, are the fittings repairable ("O" ring?) or available without buying the whole extractor pipe.
As the connection is loose, I can easily slide it on the pipe, is it likely to let go and lose the engine oil?
