Pin removal

Hi Guys
Can anyone advise how to remove these types of pins???
I have tried pushing a paper clip down the side but No joy....
 Mods:-
Beanie Grill,Side Steps,Colour-coded wheel arches, Door handles and Bumpers,Rear Bumper Exhaust Trim,Remote Start FBH,2014 D4 rear lights,Reversing camera GVIF enabled,D4 Bluetooth Module, Puddle lighted wing mirrors

probably needs something stronger than a paper clip these days sadly.

I was doing a VW one the other day and that needed a hell of a force


Also helps to push the cable in to the connector, from the back, then the "paper clip/prodder" at the front

Probably need an extract tool which releases the catch on the connector then pull the cable. Why do you need to remove them if cable is damaged cut out damaged part then solder in a new section.

I'm adding cornering lights to my headlights , need to two pins to power them
This plug is from a doner light ?
