Reversing Camera installation and setup.

Looking to install a reversing camera on my D4 XS. I don't need anything special but want it to output onto the Nav screen when in reverse. I saw this on Amazon which looks to be reasonable for a relatively low price.

How easy is it to setup on the Nav screen?
Do I need some means of activating it?
Where is best to mount the camera?
Where would be the best place to run the video feed to the Nav screen?

I assume the power to the camera can be taken from the reversing light circuit to come on in reverse.

Any suggestions help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Tony
