I think you will find that YWJ500201 is the complete kit and that YMZ500760 is a sub assembly within it.

Sideview,
one is for a trailer (12N the right hand one) and the other for a caravan (12S left hand). The Caravan wiring includes power for interior lights, the on-board refrigerator and reversing lights.
The two sockets and plugs are both 7 pin but have a different male/female set up so that they cannot be used incorrectly. When towing a caravan they are both in use.
AFAIK these are only used for the UK. In Europe they have a 13 pin plug which combines the two. Discovery 3 XS Auto, Stornaway, Active rear diff.

Usually for the trailer/caravan - i.e. it keeps the fridge running from the car battery.... so you've got chilled beer when you get to the campsite.

as of late 2008 all new tintents will come with 13 pin elecs in the uk also...
so unless there is a convertion connector or something similar , people will have to think about changing to 13pin if they get a new caravan next year TLO has left the building.......

ISTR you can get converters from 13pin car to 1 or 2x7pin trailer so no doubt someone will do one the other way around The End
