I want to fit smaller wheels to my 2016 Landmark, so that I can have tyres with higher sidewalls, better off-road & a better ride.
This is what I currently have:-
can someone please identify the type of wheel, so I can advertise them correctly?
I have a set of 5, the spare unused, and 4 with, currently, less than 2k miles on them.
Advice please, what should I ask for wheels & tyres? They are not for sale yet, as I need to source the new wheels & tyres; but when I am ready to sell I will advertise them here.
Edited to add:
Quote:
Not for sale quite yet - but I have bought 4 19" wheels, and as soon as I buy a 5th these will be for sale

Are they the 20" 'Aero Viper' 5 split-spoke alloy? Style 511 Part number- LR073513
New price seems to be c. £530.45 each for the wheels alone inc VAT!
In which case my neighbour, who offered me £1,200 for the 5 including the tyres was
I believe a little "under generous" !

They're readily available from under the back of the later D4s for free if you've not got a spare wheel theft protector fitted.
They are the same style as on the Disco Sport, but the D4 are 8.5" wide and the DS 8". I bought a brand new wheel from Hunters in Norwich for £200 delivered, retail was £511 originally.1972 Range Rover Classic 2 door V8

I sold 4 x 20" 511's with nearly as new tyres for £900 to a forum member earlier this year. £1,200 for a set of 5 is a fair price. Currently the diamond turned 20" rims are the more desirable.
I'm keeping back the set that came with my current Landmark, so I can put it back to standard spec. at some point in the future.2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Agree with LT, the price is about right, I paid £1000 for four off brand new style 511 and pirelli tyres a few months ago....
I should probably bump this thread as I have now found 4 19" wheels, and am now searching for one more & a set of TPMS valves.
I'll then be able to fit the 19" wheels before the beginning of the pheasant season - a bit late for partridges as I'm shooting mid-week!
