| Discovery 3 clutch and gearbox change |

Hello. Don't post much on here but I'm after some advice from some fellow more experienced Land Rover owners. Unfortunately my discovery 3 56 plate has starting wearing through the clutch. Startig to give off a bad smell and jumpy in first. On 133,000 miles I don't think I've done to bad with it. The worst bit is the gearbox has been making a whine for a couple of months now. It's a manual. So now that the clutch is going to need to be done sooner rather then later it's time to swap the gearbox out.
Has anyone got any advice on this? Not looking to do it myself. Need to find a good affordable garage. Was thinking of fitting a recon box new clutch and new fly wheel?? Would anyone do it any different? Also any recommendations for were to get a recon box from?
Really appreciate any replies. Obviously a costly stage of my discoverys life so would like to get it right
