RRS rear upper arms?
Just drawing up a list of suspension bits for the D3, does anyone have any real world experience of improvements or downsides to fitting the RRS rear upper arms in place of the standard Disco ones?

Yeah I second that. Sport bushes are much better, both for front lower and rear upper and lower. They can be fitted into existing D3 arms if you want.

ok thanks Steve, are the RRS arms physically the same as the D3 ones then apart from the bushes, ie can you do a straight swapout?and theeeeennn......???
