rear e-diff was always an option and a rarely selected one at that.I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Never had one, never felt I needed one. I’ve never failed to go where a car with an e-diff has gone, equally when I ground to an ignominious halt so did the car with an e-diff. Tyre choice and the nut behind the wheel are much more important IMHO.

Oh and the only reason the Rear Diff ones stopped was because you were stuck up front

Nah, I was following them. You know being in front means responsibility, something I work hard at avoiding.
