TMC install with FAKRA & MOST cable
I know there are a couple of posts about the retrofit of the TMC function. But reading all of them did not succeed in giving me the vision I need to do it. And I am "stupid" when it come to electrical.
I got the right things. TMC box for the installation behind the rear quarter trim panel, TMC thingy for the installation on the left side of the tailgate.
If not mistaken the tailgate thingy gets power thru the 3 pin connector. Which of the 3 pins needs to get + and what is the connector called. Cannot find it anywhere. Too stupid I guess.
Opposite this connector is a metal connector. This is the antenna cable connector, called FAKRA? It goes down to the rear quarter trim panel and connect to the other TMC box?
