| Steering clunk and Power steering fluid |

Hello one and all
I have a problem and before i go diving in have any of you see anything like this?
I have attached a Dropbox link to a video of the noise and the fluid.
I Do not think its my rack as when i drive or move the noise will stop and not come back. If i reverse and then move forward or lower my suspension it comes back. 
I am going to get it on the ramp this weekend and see whats catching or come loose. front arms replaced and tracking done no problem (about 3 month ago).

did you find out what this was? I am having similar issue after changing lower arms and track rods
