The reporting is a bit biased to be honest, I have a friend out there and its not the all the English getting drunk and fighting themselves and the police, its a small minority fighting with the Russians and both lots of fans fighting the police.
Mikey what are clubs and countries supposed to do about events outside grounds, all known and convicted hooligans are banned from grounds, from buying tickets and from official travel.==================================
