Injector Trim, Which Cylinder?
My IID is flagging the fault:
P02A6-00 (28 ) Unknown
A quick search on here says its Injector No.4 Fuel Trim at Max limit. No idea why the IDD doesnt know this.
These are my injector trims taken from a warm engine...
Based on Robbies post below (thanks Robbie!) would this injector be in the middle cylinder on the passenger side?
Cylinder No.5?

When it comes to numbering there can also be confusion with code readers, live values and injectors. The ECM actually lists the injectors as 0 to 5, with 0=cylinder 1 and 5=cylinder 6. Cylinders 1 to 3 are also known as Bank A with 4 to 6 as Bank B. To keep a common format and to make it easier to understand some code readers list the injectors as 1 to 6.
Others list by firing order (1 - 4 - 2 - 5 - 3 - 6) which, for a RHD vehicle can make it:
- Driver’s side front cylinder, cylinder 1, injector 1
- Driver's side centre cylinder, cylinder 2, injector 3
- Driver's side rear cylinder, cylinder 3, injector 5
- Passenger side front cylinder, cylinder 4, injector 2
- Passenger side centre cylinder, cylinder 5, injector 4
- Passenger side rear cylinder, cylinder 6, injector 6
The big arrow faces the direction of forward travel:

Do the injectors usually come out easy enough or will i need a puller?

Those figures don't look that bad; All within tolerance, I believe.
I have three injectors currently running at ~1380 or so which I think I'm getting closer to changing by the day. Mine idles a bit rough and is perhaps down on power a bit.
Unless the car is exhibiting any unusual symptoms (misfiring, smoke, poor performance, poor economy, rough idling) then I would be inclined to leave it well alone. Replacing injectors is a very expensive hobby at > £200 or so each.
I would not be swapping out an injector based on one spurious fault code. Listen to your car, not your IIDTool.
In answer to your other question, having read a number of posts on here, getting injectors out doesn't usually cause too much trouble.

Thanks Steve.
It's a little lumpy. And It feels slow to pick up.
I white white/grey smoke on startup and a puff after its been idling for a while.
Also the exhaust stinks! Makes your eyes water. Lol.

Yes, Injector 4 = Cylinder 5.
I noticed my exhaust smelled very strongly of diesel this evening; Almost like the smell you get from a working FBH.
Mine is running lumpy now and smokes a bit when I give it the beans. 135k miles on mine so probably just entering that mileage range where injectors start to get a bit tired.
