Emergency fuel funnel
Looking through Handbook and it mentions the emergency funnel. Had a quick look and cannot find it.
Is it located in a particular place within the vehicle?

Depending on the age of your vehicle, you may not have one.
When I bought mine in 2015 it was in the glove box, it is quite small.
The original Discoverys had a yellow tool with spikes off the side for opening the fuel block after an attempt to mis-fuel.
The new Discoverys have a different mis-fuel blocker and the funnel is used when that happens or when you want to fill from a can.

Mine was located in the glove box along with locking wheel nut key.
I've also seen them located alonside the tool bag in the right rear storage compartment in the luggage area.

Mine was in the n/s/r cubby box in the boot, mines a MY2015 and I got both the funnel and the yellow thing even though I don't need the misfueling device

If you are talking 'Just down the road from us' as 'Nearer Salisbury than Durrington' then I am not surprised at the service you get - or not get !!
When it was Ottons they bent over backwards to help but since the new company has taken over it has got ridiculous.
I mentioned in an earlier post how I could not fathom how my 'voice to phone' worked and asked if I could pop in as I used to when it was Ottons.
I was asked if I had a handbook and told to look it up in there or get it explained when I bring it in for servicing !!

We received delivery of our D4 in November. The handover (experience) was just that; here's the vehicle bye bye...
I asked one simple question of ''where's the switch for the heated steering wheel" - the blank look said it all. The 2 wee bottles of bubbly might have saved the day (joke), but it was just pure crap and went down the sink.
All in all the total experience was really not very good. We won't be buying another motor from Westovers again.
