Auto-Wipers not working correctly? |
|
Hi all,
My auto wipers seem to randomly stop working every now and then, I've realised they stop working after ot jumps up a bit at the bottom after 1 full stroke.
For example;
-The rain starts
-Wiper activates and move to wipe windscreen
-Wipers extend fully then start the retract to the bottom of the windshield
-Wipers hits the bottom. However it lifts the tiniest bit as if to wipe again barely noticeable.
This seems to be messing something up and it won't work, however the other modes work.
Any ideas and easy resolves?
Considering buying new Wipers incase that's it?
Will also make a post on how to change the locking actuator without removing external panel (With photos) as I found it easier than anticipated.
Thanks,
Sol

They both sound like a replacement jobby, do you have the part number for the motor or do you need to replace the entire thing like wiper arms and motor?
