Cig lighter constant power

I have recovery lights on the roof and in front and rear windscreen... All lights are plugged into the cigarette lighters but only can have them on if the keys in the ignition. How can I keep them live so I can still have use of the cigarette lighter sockets (ALL OF THEM IN VEHICLE) when keys are not in the ignition?? Please help!!
