yes got mine from aprr.fr (its all in french but if you use google chrome it will give you the option to translate the page)
Payment is taken on your credit card whereas saneftolling is by direct debit
I did have problems exiting but believe this was due to having 4 bikes in the roof - if you search for telepeage then you should find my thread from the beginning of the month

Works very well - aprr.fr is cheaper than Sanef (france) and significantly cheaper than sanef (uk)

I have APRR and it is very good. Charges my credit card on use. The only thing to remember is to update the registered credit card when it expires.

We use the sanef and it is great. Saves you time and cash due to the better exchange rste usef compared to a credit card. Also the uk call centre are very helpful tooJames favourite hobby is writing in the third person.

No, you can get a Spanish one but when I looked into it you needed a Spanish address & got it via the bank.
