I managed to knock my wing mirror in the other day whilst pulling over on a narrow lane. When I got out to click the mirror back into place, it didn't snap back, but just kind of moved back into place without the positive click.
Is this something that can be fixed or do I need to get a replacement?
I think mine are heated and also dip etc. so I'd rather not have to replace as I'm sure that this would be pricy!!

your mirrors are the same as mine...they must be.
if you move them in on the mirror switch & out again the mechanism should click in..
if you can freely move the unit around (its free like a garden gate)it should also click in at each end of the swing travel
Just be careful with the glass....as once broken costly to fix & delicate to fit BREXIT - done properly.

Cheers for that.
The auto-folding did work - kinda.
If I push the mirror in by hand (once auto folded in then out) then pull it back out by hand, I have to pull the mirror past it's natural position to get it to click into place. This I can live with. Certainly not worth any more effort to sort

Mine are the same, easier with 2 people one working the fold button whilst the other gives it a wiggle and waits for the click
