Wild Camping Trans Pyrenees

Depart from Portsmouth Saturday morning then heading over to the east coast to start the Vibraction Randonnees Pyreneennes road book route. While there is plenty of choice of campsite en route we would like to fit in a wild camp where permissible.
Is anyone aware of any place on the route prefer info via a private message or on the email button below.
Thanks in anticipation Bow down Bow down Bow down

having just come back from a week out there, it really depends upon how many in your party. We found a couple of fantastic spots as well as looking at some proper ant infested spots which we didn't stop at! I dont have the co-ords for the spots, but essentially, stay out late, keep tucked away from towns and start early. Technically you are not allowed to camp in National Park areas....... technically that is.... Whistle

Cheers Bodsy, 3 vehicles and 3 drives keeping it low profile. Thumbs Up

The road book does not give a great deal away but guess that is down to plausible deniability Whistle

Bit of wild camping last September before D3C Pyrenees Bash. Really nice place to camp, high up & fantastic views.
