P0490 egr error
Hi,
Both EGRs were replaced under warranty 120 miles ago, but today got the MIL light and error P0490 egr control circuit high. Also got U0073 - control module communications bus off.
I cleared both faults but after starting P0490 returned. Via data stream I noticed that the EGR valves were stuck at 4.7% even while driving.
Both EGRs replaced with new.
D3 is a 09MY and cannot remove EGRs since under warranty.
What could be the issue?

I would start with the connector, check the terminals and pins. Followed by a visual inspection of the harness for signs of damage. The DTC indicates an electrical fault is present but your scantool is showing some live data for the EGRs.
