Hitachi, Dunlop or AMK compressor ?

I had a new compressor fitted about 7 years ago, P/N LR006200

Q1. Would anyone know which brand it would be?

Q2. Can I tell by looking at it?

Q3. Do the compressor repair kits fit all three or are they type specific?

Are the dryers the same on all three types of compressor or do I need to specify which type when ordering?
