Hi All,
I'm keen to get some mud flaps. Interested in any thoughts/suggestions, where to get them and how easy/difficult they are to fit.
Also wether to go with genuine lr parts or aftermarket ones.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Kev,
I had a thread going very similar to this. In the end I bought aftermarket ones from eBay. I haven't actually put them on yet but the dry fit looks very good, the quality looks great as far as I can tell. They were £39.99 I believe. The genuine ones are daft money for what they are. Jarrod

Thanks for the replies, I did do a search for existing threads but realised I searched in the wrong place
Think I'll go with some aftermarket ones, the genuine flaps are crazy money.

Cheapies on mine fit okay, dont seem to come with the support brackets as per the oe ones, but still fit and look okay.
Bit of a fiddle to get some of the screws started but no rocket science involved.

The stiffener plates in mine rusted away in 6 years. Refitted without them. They serve no purpose anyway. Went for a job as a human cannonball. Not the right calibre.

I'll second that. The metal plates are pointless. I took them out too. There's some pics of my eBay cheapies in my gallery. Velar MY18 D180 S Narvik
