injector matting, wanted

When I had an injector change, hunters lost / never replaced my injector damper / matting. Does anybody have one for sale or know the part number. Thanks

I suppose, but it's only when I did a filter / oil change I noticed it gone.
I doubt they'll honour it or even believe me Rolling Eyes
