Lack of power low down

Hi all,
I recently installed new turbo hoses, since this, the discovery seems to lack power low down, any ideas? when the jeep gets going, the turbo works fine, but not low down, any advice a=would be appreciated.

Unless you knicked a new hoses it won't be them, unless they are just 3 ply or something ones...

Sounds like sticky turbo actuator, if no black smoke, or duff EGR
 FFRR SC 4.2

Hi, it's a 56 plate discovery, and the EGR have not been blanked off, is it a straight forward job?

EGR blanking straight forward with a BAS kit, just take your time, easy after the full hoses set Thumbs Up

Damn, its a February 2007, can I get the ECU re-mapped to accept blanking plates on the EGR vaves, or is it a change the EGR valves?
