Sold - 2006 TDV6 HSE Auto £10 000 Final reduction

2006 TDV6 HSE Auto Buckingham Blue with Ivory leather interior and rear seat entertainment.
98200 miles still in use –
MOT till February 2015 –
Tax will be the responsibility of the new owner following the regulation changes
Tyres - Rear good - front about 2mm but spare brand new so one tyre and then you have two brand new on the front - Running standard 19" wheels
All usual refinements of an HSE including tinted windows, heated seats all round and a Rosen rear seat entertainment drop down DVD player – rear air conditioning –
Two keys (one with a new case)
The vehicle comes with the addition of side steps (6 month sold)
I also had the three tick indicator, clock on dash add on and gear box flush by Geoff a couple of months ago
The EGR’s have been blanked using the Geoff kit and method – all original bits available if you want to re instate them.
I have also had the rear park brake cleaned and adjusted
The car benefits from full LR service history to 89k then a reputable independent completed a very large service about 8 months ago including the belts, bushes, track rod ends and other odds and sods. (Receipt available with details)
The FBH has fired up every time this winter so far and is working very well.
This is a genuinely excellent car, no knocks, bangs squeaks and I am only selling due to personal circumstance change and am going back to a diesel load luger estate for a few years –
I called the previous servicing dealers and confirmed its history - to boot it had a new Hitachi compressor fitted in February this year by the previous owner.
Due to my location and time constraints getting current pictures will be difficult but the pictures below are those as I picked the car up 7 months ago and other than the mileage and the current alloys it remains the same.
I’m looking for a quick ish sale but have been offered a good PX so it will only be available this week to agree a deal.

I also discovered today my 3rd party warranty document from the autogrouop which is transferable to the new owner - valid until 16.05.15 - £2500 claim limit -

Hi,
I'm new to the forum and looking for my first Landrover. I'm interested in your car but have a number of questions:
1. How many previous owners does the car have?
2. Would you be willing to have a fresh MOT put on the car before the sale?
3. Where is the car located? I'm in the midlands and want to get an idea of distance from me.
4. Does the car have any mobile phone integration (Bluetooth etc);
5. Does the car come with the built in GPS?
6. Do you have all the manuals (service books etc)?
7. Do all the electrics work (Heated seats; Electric Windows; Hill Decent; Air Suspension etc);
8. What condition are the 18" tyres (mm per tyre) and what make and version are they?
9. Do you know if there is a cost in the transfer of the warranty?
10. Does it have the Harmon Kardon speaker system?
11. Is the car in the higher Tax bracket?
12. Any rips in any of the seats?
13. Any knocks or noises from the suspension?
14. Are you aware of any work that will need to be done in the next 12 months?
Would it be possible for me to arrange a Vehicle inspection?
