vibration at 70 mph

Hi

I have a 2004 discovery3 manual. It has a light vibration when its gets up to 70mph. Had the wheels balanced, even changed the tyres but still no different.

Has anyone had any similar problems?

Also noticed the other day that the rear wheel and suspension was wet, cleaned off with brake cleaner and hosed and has been dry since but cant figure out for the life of me where it could have come from
