suspension sinks a bit over night

Hi all, am new here and new to the Disco 3 world.

Is it normal that the disco 3 sinks a little overnight and as soon as you start it it raises and the compressor cuts in?

Welcome Thumbs Up

Front, back or both?

Not normal, should hold it's height, you may have a little leak worth getting the soapy water spray out and hunt around for any little air bubbles Thumbs Up

both ends, the compressor will be replaced soon as it has been blowing fuses.

Try parking on a level surface and remove the fuse, I believe it's 26E. It could be self levelling or you may have a leak somewhere that's causing the other corners to drop during the self levelling cycle. With the fuse removed the location of any leak should be easier to identify.

I noticed it goes up from the back first and then the front end - its always parked on a level road so I don't think that it is self leveling - thanks for yr help i will pass on the info when its in for compressor replacement

I believe it should rise from the front first, so if onroad at night you won't blind oncoming drivers.

Which should make it rise from the rear, otherwise the front is higher and the lights are blinding.
Like a car with a load, the rear gets pushed down, hence the front is higher and the lights are blinding.

I think they all sink a bit. I was told that the suspension will automatically level itself in a downward direction only. Mine also sinks slowly or not so slowly if it's parked on a very uneven surface. I did a fuse removal test on mine to stop the self levelling process. Mine then stayed as I parked it. This proves mine is leak free.
You can do the same test on yours Thumbs Up
