Coming up the A9 yesterday evening. It was tiddling down and windy. Anyway, got to Pitlochry and the Satnav told me traffic conditions had changed and tried to send me round by Braemar. Only had it on to save me answering the "how many miles" question from the kids. I just ignored it and carried on. The Nadics sign were warning of heavy rain and floods, but otherwise the road was fine. Any ideas what set that off?

That'll be the same LR Satnav that likes to take you off the A9, through Dunblane and back on the A9.

No, not had that problem - yet.
Had the message once before when I was in Sutherland! not exactly spoilt for choice of alternative roads up there.
I hardly have the Satnav on tbh, but there again I am rarely out of the Higlands.
See there was a landslide on the A82 South of Fort Billy yesterday at Seven Mile Water near Corran. A few cars trapped evidently. Not much room for manoeuvre, rock face one side, drop to Loch Linnie the other.
