Anyone replaced 20' Scorpions recently...?
Just tentatively looking around (probably a couple of months tread left)and nipped into my local tyre place....quoted me £218.98 a corner fully fitted.....not sure what I was expecting tbh,but that felt a bit lumpy to me, or is that the going rate ?"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

If they are still the originals, and you have an unused spare, I would be fitting that, and putting the best of the rest as the spare. Saves you 25% straight away, and deters thieves (unless you already have an RLD plate fitted)

I just bought a 19 inch tyre on flea bay for £120 plus £15 delivery.
Turned up within three days. Local place will fit for £15 quid each. probably not a massive saving, but a saving none the less.
Flea bay is worth a lookJames favourite hobby is writing in the third person.

£188 delivered from Tyreleader. Of course you'll have to pay to get them fitted and balanced, typically £10-20.
Worth checking Camskill prices as well, as they've been good again recently.
Site sponsor AJS may beat that price, as might your local dealer if you ask. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE
2010 D4 HSE (A bit bling)-GONE
2014 D4 HSE (Almost too bling)-GONE
2015 D4 HSE (A heated what?)-GONE

Cheers boys,as I said I'm a couple of months away yet,was just a bit surprised at the first price....
My first foray into replacing 20's so I suppose the first quote was a bit eye-watering compared to what I'm used to.....having said that, they have lasted 3 times longer than the 18" Zeros on my D3,so if you take that into account, they look cheap "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
