Rear window on a 2010 D4 HSE

Hi all,

I have managed to damage the rear window on our car. The window has a plastic laminated style colour covering on the inside (did know it had a covering!) which has been damaged by a sharp edge and has peeled back off the glass for about 1" to reveal the clear window below. Is there anyway to repair the damage or would I have to replace the whole glass? It is an annoyance as it is in my eye line when using the rear view mirror.

Any advice appreciated.

Regards

Sounds like your car has an aftermarket tint. Just peal off the rest and get a new tint fitted to that window. Should not be much for a single tint.

Thumbs Up
