Fluctuating revs when under acceleration

Hi I've noticed a problem with my disco!
It's when I'm accelerating especially uphill but is also apparent under lighter acceleration when keeping the throttle even the revs keep jumping up and then down with a bit of a jolting to the ride?
Any light on this would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Sam.

Do a search on here for Dr Tranny,

Then do a search for auto box gearbox flush.

If that sounds like your problem, the bay of e has plenty for about£10 a pop,
The good Dr dose cure all.

The mileage is 122000 and it's an 55 plate.

You need to get the transmission ecu read for fault codes ,if no faults are presant then I would either do a double flush or a full transmission flush Thumbs Up
