| Front Diff Pipe Vent Upgrade |
|
Hi folks, mine is a simple question, where is the best place to order a front diff upgrade breather pipe vent from ? I have read the posts on here about the early foam ones and mine has one, not sure if its shot but following advice really could do with replacing. cheers

Mine was upgraded during a service. I paid for it but the garage sourced the bits neded HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE

No probs mate, a pleasure, I reads the tips and tricks on here and its brilliant for info so just like you I went to have a look, hence the post. Just to add I could not blow through the old one but the upgrade was easy peasy

I swapped mine too,
When I cut the old one off I could hear a hiss of air escape, so was pleased to do it, can't blow through the old vent either.......
Well worth doing, no oil leaks so hope I've got it in time
Although I am sure it hasn't done any good to the seals

No post about the front diff breather would be complete with out this post with step by step instructions.

I picked up the breather at the stealers and replaced myself. Easy peasy job for anyone. 1998 Discovery LSE - Gold, 249,000+ miles, completely stock
2007 Range Rover SC - White, 63,000 mi
2006 Discovery 3 HSE - Locking E-Diff, Rover Specialties rock sliders, 275/65/18 Cooper STT PRO, LLAMS suspension controller, LR Expedition Roof Rack. Asfir Rear Diff, Tactical 4x4 (Gas Tank Skid, Rear Bumper, and Front Bumper w/12K winch), Traxide Split Charge System, Overland Solar + Lensun Solar panels
