Can I put these on a D4?

Tyres look like brand new Cooper LTZs just what I was after. Seller doesn't state tyre size or load rating of the wheels - are they likely to be OK?

And £720 for the wheels and tyres seems a bargain?

275/45/20 on the 5th picture, which is a 110 rating if my Google-fu ninja skills are working. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
