Had poor cold starting before the engine died but it was diagnosed as two dead glow plugs. Now had new engine which started great for the first 1000 miles even on frosty mornings. Started with a lot of cranking to get going when cold but has now progressed to when warm as well. New glow plugs high pressure pump low pressure pump. Injectors have been checked and although not perfect(150000 miles) were giving a good spray etc. Any ideas pleasePot Noodle Challenge Winner 2011

My very poor starting was down to injectors. Once DM changed them all she's started on the money, even if cold.
Yes Del that's why I had them checked but I am thinking that there's not much left. But why did it start well for a while????Pot Noodle Challenge Winner 2011

Have you done a cylinder compression test?- some of these "new" engines are not so new It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
