Strange electrical problem

Help !! Hallo everybody, I have an electrical problem with my disco3 : sometimes when I turn the steering wheels I lost electrical power on a sigarette socket and wipers turn on together with headlights washers and windshield washer!!!!!! Any idea would be very appreciated
