[For Sale] Immaculate 4.4 SDV8 Autobiography For Sale

Very sadly, I'm selling my immaculate 67 Plate 4.4SDV8 Autobiography due to me starting a new career in the Middle East. Despite me coming home now and again, it's just too good to sit on a driveway. I will be absolutely gutted, but it deserves a good new home so I am advertising here in the hopes a fellow enthusiast is interested. I don't want it to just go into the system via an online valuer.
I bought it from LR Knutsford as an Approved Used vehicle, and I'm its second owner. It has full AB spec which is pretty much 'everything you can think of' but please check specifics if you're interested.
Above the full AB spec I can also confirm that its has (some are additional options):
• Heated and Cooled Massage Seats (Massage front only), electric seats front and rear
• Optional safety pack, with additional sensors, blind spot, lane assist, etc - and Head Up Display
• Leather headlining
• OEM rubber and carpet mats (will provide both)
• Boot liner
• TowTrust removable tow bar and 13 pin electrics, fully ECU activated (tow assist, etc)
• Vehicle has very latest ECU software updates (as of Jan 2024) and infotainment updates
• Has the '2018' ICE (so comes with Carplay, etc.) and remote access
• Centre cubby fridge
• Customisable interior lighting (colours, brightness, etc.)
• Autobiography trim (tread plates, etc)
• Optional Silicon Silver paint (beautiful colour)
• Electronic dash with full-screen map etc.
• Full 260 degree cameras inc. towing mode
• Soft-close doors
Vehicle has both original keys and has done just over 53k careful miles. It's not in daily use but it will creep up a little bit over each week.
There is a full service history online (Land Rover OSH system), and also since I've owned it I also have paper copies of everything done to it, every receipt, in a folder. The vehicle has never been left wanting for anything, and was always serviced as soon as it requests it. It has not been used as a school run car, I really, really look after it. Only I drive it.
You can see how clean it is, including the engine bay. It's only every washed by me using Autoglym products. I always drive very sympathetically, allowing the vehicle to warm up etc. before enjoying the vehicle. I can't stress enough how much care I take with this vehicle.
It was last serviced at the end of last year. It also got 4 brand new Pirelli OEM tyres last October, they have hardly done any mileage. It's got MOT until April, it will sail through, but sadly I'll be gone by then! It is also Taxed until April.
Having researched same age/spec vehicles on Autotrader as private sales, I'm asking for £31,000. I'm based on the Wirral.
This looks to be lower than any other private seller on Autotrader as I need to move it on in the next month or so. I also checked the price against online valuation services.

Beautiful motor. GLWTS.Its not the height of the fall but the sudden stop at the bottom that hurts!!
