For sale is my 2007 D3 GS 2.7 TDV6 Manual. 183K
I have owned it for the past 2 years.
THE LED LIGHT BARS HAVE BEEN REMOVED> AS HAS THE TOW ADAPTOR
It is well prepared for trips away-
It has a Front Runner auxiliary long range fuel tank fitted where the spare wheel would sit and a Front Runner swing away wheel carrier has been installed to carry the spare.
Up top there is a Prospeed roof rack with CB antenna, Lazer led light to the passengers side rear and tread board accessed by the genuine Land Rover ladder.
There is a Mantec/LR raised air intake and a Mantec lower bash guard fitted to complement the Warn winch which is discreetly mounted behind the bumper to the G4/LR requirements- fitted with Dyneema rope, the fairlead is behind the number plate.
The centre console is from a higher spec model and is a fridge unit. A Rosen roof mounted DVD player has been installed complete with 2x cordless headphones and comes with full instructions (Kids love it!).
There is wiring in place for grill spot lights with an LR optional extra switch and loom.
It also has a CB and roof rack light switch mounted in the front roof console.
In the boot, there is the aux power fuse box.
Mounted discreetly in the jack stowage area with 12v outlets and usb oultets mounted in the coin tray type recess.
Removable tow bar and anti-theft plate included.
The D3 drives well and sounds great. I am selling as my circumstances have changed and a smaller vehicle is required.
In the time I have owned it, I have spent a lot of time (and ££) on him- this includes;
1. Full timing belt, injector pump belt kit and aux belt with all tensioners
2. Updated oil pump and new crank seal
3. New water pump, flush and coolant
4. New MAP sensor
5. New MAF sensor
6. New Intercooler pipes
7. New Throttle body O rings
8. EGRs blanked
9. Genuine replacement crossover pipe (bracket fitted)
10. Decat
11. New Fuel tank cradle fitted Nov 22
12. Low pressure fuel pump, filter and filter housing replaced Nov 22
13. New discs and pads all round 2021
14. Parking brake module rebuilt with new motor and gears Jan 2023
15. Parking brake shoes replaced and hand brake cables Jan 2023
16. Genuine front lower arms fitted and new bolts May 2021
17. New anti roll bar links and D bushed fitted May 2021
18. Genuine rear lower arms and lemforder rear upper arms fitted with new bolts May 2021
19. D4 used front struts x2 fitted May 2021
20. Genuine height sensors x4 May 2021
21. Front ABS sensors May 2021
22. Replacement header tank fitted (sensor fault) May 2021
23. Aux heater controller- remote 3rd button activated
24. Split charge with aux battery and fuse box fitted in the boot.
25. Yuasa HSB019 Silver battery fitted Sept 2022 (3 Year warranty left)
26. Defender L663 steel wheels x5 with good Michelin tyres (set of AT available through negotiation)
27. D4 manual leather heated front seats fitted (rear seats are fabric but covers fitted)
28. Dash clock LCD info display repaired by Autotronics in 2021
29. HID headlights fitted, led sweeping side indicators and led side lights.
30. Genuine XYZ switch installed July 2023
31. GKN rear propshaft fitted 2021
32. Diff, gearbox and transfer box oil changed June 23
33. Service carried out June 23 (oil, filters)
I am sure there is more…..
So, it’s a Land Rover- Negative bits -
-It does have over 180k and has numerous scratches, dents etc but does polish up well.
-The AC does not work- it has not worked since I bought it.
-It was an insurance write off many moons ago- all repaired and inspected (Pics and proof available)
- The front and rear seats do not match- never bothered me- it has a full set of Menville & Moon seat covers fitted
- The gear lever is a bit wobbly (common on a manual)
- There is some corrosion around the vehicle
- It occasionally throws an air suspension fault
I am looking to sell and not break.
