Any idea what this bit is called? Its gone wonky on my car.

No worries! They take a bit of 'in & out' to get them fitted correctly. There is a 'right side up', so when you take your old ones off, look at the length of each side as the inside edge is smaller (I think) as its behind the flange. The new ones have a metal core so fit nice & tight and look so much better. Discovery 4 HSE late 2015 Euro6
