Play on rear wheel - bearing?

Morning,

had the impression that my '09 D4 had some play on the rear wheels, jacked it up yesterday and indeed rear driverside (LHD) has got some play.

Is this an easy job to replace the bearing hubs or better to ask a professional?

Any idea what parts I need to order?
