Hi all
On the Disco 3 MY05 of my son, now the rear parking sensors wont work. This model came only with rear. We replace all the four sensors and wont solve the problem. The harness sems to be in good condition (we tested the continuity of the wires with a multimeter)
What can be the reason?
Cheers

If when you turn on the PDC no sound come from the buzzer, you might have a problem with the buzzer. Perhaps you can check it first/replace it.
The usual behaviour of the PDC is:
When you select reverse (with hand-brake off) you must hear a brief beep from the rear end. (this indicates the PDC is activated) and the light in the button is Continuously ON.
IF your hear a loooong beep from behind (and the light is blinking), one or more sensors might not be working.
IF you do not hear anything (and the light is blinking), most likely your PDC buzzer is gone.
Even better if you have a diagnostic tool to read the codes as Pete suggested. The code might tell you exactly where is the problem.
Abraço e boa sorte.
