P2263-22 While towing

Just had restricted performance come
Up while towing after reading this site I checked a few things and noticed this vacume pipe off
I carnt see where it goes but the air box had a connector on it and looks like it may go to there


 Disco 3 gone but not forGotten
Welcome disco 4
Flappy paddles working from gap
Heated steering wheel done
Bluetooth iPod connection done
Xeon lights (facelift) done
Afs retrofit done
Logic 7 retrofit done
Armrest fridge
Facelift rear lights
Retrofit High beam assist done
Genuine 22” Range Rover sport alloys
Retrofit acc (gave up not possible)

Back found a broken vacuum hose on the engine mount would this cause it or is it a spereate vacuum circuit Disco 3 gone but not forGotten

I have checked the acuator on the shut off valve down by the drivers front wheel And is fine
done smoke test and all is fine
Had 2 broken vac pipes and replaced still done it after that
Since found broken vac pipe on engine mount not done it again since as is intermitant so could be a while before doing it again
Power was a bit up and down when cruziing along but after the vacs pips is fine on power again now no fluctuations I have blanked egr valves though as broke the water cooler on one of them when changing a cracked inlet manifold
And other ideas could it really be the vac pipe to the active engine mounts or the egr blanks
