Whats the rough cost for both belts and pump casing?
Just had a quote from a Main dealer in Spain €906, both belts, idlers etc etc on a 2011 Sport. Not sure how much the pump is.? However I paid €271 for a new pump on my old 2008 Sport 3 years ago In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Down and out's Velar
In UK - Dare not say on this Forum
Gone - Lots of Lode Lane vehicles.

I have asked my local LR Specialist for a quote, they stated that they haven't had change one before, however have quoted for doing the job and seems to be a lot more than the prices being discussed here.
Any recommendations for someone in the Berkshire/South Oxfordshire area that's familiar with doing this?
Cheers

I had mine done by Geoff. and Flack in Kent. Every now and then they arrange some days and do 2 vehicles in a day. I'd give Geoff. (with the . after the name) a shout and see if they have any days coming up.
I cannot recommend them enough. Top blokes and very knowledgeable. 2008 XS Java Black

The first change was in 2006 with the introduction of the MY07 - however this was not an upgrade but was retrograde as it lead to most of the oil pump housing failures. The version before that, which came with the introduction of the D3/RRS was OK and failed less than the next version but still had a high failure rate.
It was not until 2009 that a version that could be termed an upgrade was introduced.
