Spain 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Auto Buckingham BlueDiscovery 3

It's a chinese copy of the Safari. A couple of container loads have arrived in Spain too (for nearly all models of 4x4) and are selling for 99 euros.

The plastic will be much cheaper and probably not withstand more than a few years in the sun, but to be honest for the price that are very tempting....

From our "research" it seems that the only real issue is "possibly" the quality of the plastic (not that you need to worry too much though) - apart from that, they look great value. Thumbs Up

We don't do much worrying about sun in Scotland!

The seller is our local LR indie - I've picked one up and am fitting it today (BIG thanks to Steve Smith Bow down )

So far the quality looks like the Safari fitted to Steve's motor - but time will tell.

But hey - I can still buy a spare for when this one falls apart and have change..... Laughing Laughing

Personally, the front bumper is out of keeping with the lines of the D3. Too angular.

But the snorkel looks 8)

i do think that when the D3 is fully kitted out,i.e G4 or fully kitted "normal" D3 with expo rack, winch ,A-bar,RAI it looks the b Censored s

i just think that this "Bumper" gives it that Deafner look,

I know what you are thinking"Buy a Deafner?"

why when i have a D3 and i can finally give it that aggressive look and improve the AA.

I can confirm Spiderbaby's comments! They appear to be an exact copy of the Ssfari fitted to mine Razz I fitted mine in about three hours just taking it steady, will finish Ken's off later when rain stops:-(.
If you do want to fit yourself make sure you have all the tools etc to hand before starting!

Ah John - you obviously know what these special gay signs are!

Please do tell us how you are such an expert on the gay community..... Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

Can confirm Steve's comments on the tools needed - the 'A' pillar was a nightmare - thankfully Steve had some good drills - not sure where he got them though.......

I'm not sure about this rain stopping - I've just seen Noah rowing past!
