Leaking injector repair advice

Looking for some advice I’ve got a leaking injector coming from the top nut, after doing some research I’ve found that you can strip the injected and replace the internal oring

Has anyone had any success with this or am I just better off replacing the complete unit

Many thanks

You can take the injector out and replace the copper o ring

I removed the injector, stuck it in the vise and unscrewed the top, the O-ring was evidently damaged. Ordered a new o ring kit, and I also bought a used injector off e-bay for 80 euros. Changed it out and the engine is now running sweet again. As soon as the O-ring kit turns up I will reassemble the old injector and take it to the local injector shop for a test and, if all is well, keep it as a spare.
